Premium Onboarding: Terms & Conditions

- COMPLETION TIMELINE
- The Premium Onboarding package must be completed within 60 days of registration.
- After 60 days, the package will expire.
- REFUND POLICY
- Premium Onboarding Services are non-refundable.
- CHANGE REQUESTS
- Your package includes one round of change requests.
- Any additional changes will require a separate payment of $100 per hour (USD), with a minimum charge of one hour.
- GO-LIVE DATE & INFORMATION PROVISION
- You will discuss your go-live date with your Onboarding Specialist during your first call.
- Your launch date depends on you providing all required and relevant information on time.
- Delays in providing information may result in a postponed launch.
- TURNAROUND TIME
The design team aims to configure your account within 7 business days from the preferences call to the launch call.
- If change requests are required, the design team will endeavor to implement those changes within 2 business days.
- Please note that these turnaround time windows may vary based on complexity, resource availability, and unforeseen circumstances. As such, they are not guaranteed.
- AMENDMENTS
- Marsello reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
