Sales Development Representative (SDR)

- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management,
- Sales, or a related field of study or;
- Any other Professional Customer Sales, Service qualifications would be highly beneficial.
- Sales experience, preferably in a similar position.
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, email or social selling.
- A proven ability to book meetings and appointments for a sales team, which results in new
- business.
- Proficiency in the use of customer management tools ideally Hubspot would be an advantage but not essential.
- High level of technology appreciation ideally within the Marketing Automation/Cloud/SaaS arena.
- Interest and intrigue of digital and/or marketing tools.
- Confident with the ability to build quick relationships over multiple sales communication channels.
- Given the nature of the role, resilience when told "no' is extremely important.
- Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working in a small business environment where you need to roll your sleeves up to
- get stuff done is ideal.
- You need a positive and winning attitude. You need to think big, be humble and confident and bea great team player. Our focus is on seeing the whole business succeed.
