Right now, we are looking for a customer support specialist to join our team in New Zealand and as our team is all remote based your location can be anywhere!
We need a strong communicator, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and who is confident across a range of technologies to help our brands succeed.

As the first point of contact for our brands you’ll be confident answering their queries and conducting online demonstrations to better facilitate their understanding of Marsello.
Internally you’ll get to contribute to product enhancements, aligning functionality with client expectations.

You’ll be a team player, someone who is resourceful and able to find solutions and above all be able to maintain empathy, a positive attitude and professionalism.

Ideally we are looking for someone who:
● Has a minimum of 3 years in Customer Support/Success roles dealing with B2B clients.
● Experience performing outbound calls.
● Proficiency in using support software like Intercom, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
● Knowledge or experience with Loyalty Marketing
● Experience in the SaaS space is preferred but not essential.
● Can be bold, showing a willingness to take risks; confident and courageous.
