Customer Success Manager

Ideally based in New Zealand but open to APAC locations, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
This role will see you as the face of Marsello meeting brands over video calls to advise them about best practices for their omnichannel loyalty and marketing strategy. Being there to answer questions and address issues that may stop retailers from achieving their goals.

Living and breathing how Marsello works will be key to success in this role, to identify opportunities and to create actionable insights and recommendations for our brands. Your love of data will shine through and your consultative and solutions based approach will win the hearts of our brands.

Ideally you will be proficient in success and support software like ChurnZero , Intercom, Hubspot and ideally but not essential, you may have come from a retail background.

We are looking for someone who:
● Has a minimum of 3 years in customer success or 3 years working as an agency account manager in the marketing space, or equivalent.
● Knowledge or experience with loyalty marketing and the value it brings to brands
● Proven track record of providing a great, remote customer experience and preventing brand churn
● Ideally has experience in the SAAS B2B space (preferred)
● Has an interest in keeping up to date with marketing and customer success best practices
